Philippe Leloutre is an interior designer of more than 30 years experience. He decided to specialise in the Hotels and Leisure sector, with many restaurant, hotel and casino projects to his name.
One of his most recent creations was for the Hotel du Casino at Saint-Valéry-en-Caux. This involved a close working relationship with Roset Hotels & Contracts, both for the furnishing of the 76 bedrooms (for which he designed the A'LBATRE collection) and for the furniture and lighting throughout the whole establishment: Reception, Bar and Restaurant. The range of furniture and accessories offered by Roset Hotels & Contracts allowed him to achieve exactly the ambiance that he sought - and given the very special nature and environment and of the building, his requirements were very exacting.
Philippe Leloutre has also designed numerous restaurants. A number of these are in the Vieux Marché in Rouen, with, amongst others the famous La Couronne. Also Les Maraîchers, which has been included in the 'Cafés Historiques et Patrimoniaux d'Europe'. Similarly famous are the Procope in Paris and the Florian in Venice.
He has devoted many years to the development of the Casino at Saint-Valéry-en-Caux, creating a unique contemporary décor for this famous establishment. And most recently he undertook the complete reconstruction and interior design of the Gill restaurant in Rouen, for top chef Gilles Tournadre - his first foray into the rarefied atmosphere of restaurant design for an award winning chef (Gilles Tournadre has two Michelin stars - Relais and Châteaux).
